Rabia Iclal Turan is a Washington-based journalist with over a decade of experience in print, TV, and online media. She has previously lived in and reported from Istanbul, Ankara, London, and New York, with bylines in several Turkish and English-language news outlets. She is currently working as a reporter at Turkey's largest news agency Anadolu, covering a wide area from politics to foreign affairs and international diplomacy.

She has so far covered several high-profile international events, including the UN General Assembly, Ukraine-Russia peace talks, and interviewed many officials, and diplomats from around the world, including the Foreign Ministers of Ukraine, Luxembourg, Kyrgyzstan, Armenia, the energy minister of Azerbaijan, and the head of the UN Migration Organization (IOM).
