Stéphanie Fillion on Covering Global Diplomacy and Human Rights from the UN

Stéphanie Fillion is a French-Canadian freelance journalist with a focus on human rights and international affairs. Her work has explored topics ranging from the United Nations to women in politics. With experience in both broadcast journalism (CBC/Radio-Canada) and print (La Stampa), Fillion is currently a United Nations correspondent, spending much of her time reporting from the epicenter of global diplomacy. In this interview, she shares her journey from Canada to New York and reflects on the rewarding experience of being a correspondent, even amidst turbulent times.
